Yes. Lunara is UK-based and we ship worldwide. Available carriers and rates are shown at checkout based on your location.
WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Most orders ship in a single parcel. If an item is on backorder or ships from a different facility, you may receive multiple packages (you’ll get tracking for each).
HOW DO YOU SHIP, AND WHAT IS THE PRICE?
We use trusted carriers (Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, etc.). Live rates (and any free-shipping promos) are calculated at checkout after you enter your address.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Some international carriers provide limited updates. Use the carrier’s link from your email, or contact us and we’ll help you track it.
WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?
International scans can be infrequent. If status hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE TO MY SHIPPING COMPANY?
Local duties/taxes may apply depending on your country’s import rules. These are charged by customs/carriers and are the recipient’s responsibility.
WILL YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?
No. Payments are processed securely by PCI-compliant providers. Lunara does not store your full card details on our servers.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Choose your size/color, add to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase.
I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER
Contact us ASAP with your order number. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Message us immediately. If the parcel hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address; otherwise, we’ll work with the carrier on redirection options.
